Kiddo’s On-line Shopping Policies

 

Kiddo’s is committed to providing exceptional products, customer service, and all around great shopping experience whether via our online shopping site or in our Martha’s Vineyard store location. We make every effort to exceed our customer’s expectations and are pleased to assist with inquiries and requests. How to place an order

We would be happy to accept your order via our secure on-line checkout process or by phone 508-693-KIDS (5437) or by email info@kiddosmv.com. Please do not leave any credit card information via email, call the store and speak to a Kiddo’s team member directly. Kiddo’s will ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible, up to 2 business days, and a confirmation number will be emailed to the customer once the item has been shipped.

We accept the following forms of payment

Master Card, American Express & Visa
A 6.25% sales tax will be charged to Massachusetts residents on all applicable merchandise

Gift Wrapping

All gift wrapping is free of charge, and we are happy to attach a gift card.
Just fill out the information in the Shopping Cart and we can include in the gift.

Canceling an Order

In order to cancel an order without penalty, please contact the Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard store location #508-639-KIDS (5437) within three hours of placing your order. After this time period Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard cannot guarantee that your order has not already been shipped.


Special Requests & Custom Orders

Should you have an interest in an item out of stock or a clothing item that is not readily offered in the size you desire, it may be possible to place a special order. Please call the Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard store location #508-639-KIDS (5437) or by email info@kiddosmv.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

U.S. Shipping Services

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We use the USPS Priority mail for all of our orders. Priority (2-3 business days) If you wish to use another form of service ie: Overnight or Express,  please call the Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard store location #508-639-KIDS (5437)

We use the following Scale for our Shipping Costs
    $0-$25.          $6.00
    $25.01-$75       $12.00
    $75.01-$125      $17.00
    $125.01-$225.    $20.00
    $225+            $30.00
       
   
International Shipping Services

Please call the Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard store location #508-639-KIDS (5437) for more information on International Shipping Costs. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.

Exchange and Return Policy

Kiddo’s Online Shopping Store is dedicated to customers being completely satisfied with their purchase. We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied you are welcome to return merchandise within 14 days of receipt for exchange/refund.  This policy is for Online Sales only. Our Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard Store location follows a different Store Policy.

  • All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Personalized Gift Orders are eligible for exchange only.

and speak to a Kiddo’s team member who will assist you with the return. Returns must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition and accompanied with their original tags and invoice. You may exchange/return items to the address below. However they must be prepaid; we regret we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Insuring your exchange/return is recommended

Credit will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Shipping charges on exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.

Refused/unclaimed orders returned to Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard Store by the shipping carrier will receive a merchandise refund less the returned shipping fees charged by such carrier. Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard is not responsible for fees charged by shipping carriers for refused/unclaimed parcels that must be returned to Kiddo’s Martha’s Vineyard.
